I believe that our bodies have an intuitive, divine knowing of what we need to be happy and healthy. A person who allows their conscious mind to get out of the way so that the intuitive mind and senses can emerge can heal themselves with their energy and can know and understand their life's purpose. My services are designed to help people keep a positive flow of energy and if they desire, to tune into their divine knowing and healing through meditation (Zen) and movement (Moves).
